Teaching Finance and Economics in New York City (2008 to 2019)

After graduating, Alex moved to New York City and became a trainer at Greico Financial Training.

For over a decade he taught economics and finance to working professionals. The job was to take a complex subject and break it down until the people in the room could use it. He brings the same approach to data engineering today.

In 2018 he went on The Tom Woods Show for episode 1306, "The Stock Market Demystified", introduced as a finance expert.

These New York years overlapped with his campaigns for public office, and they ended with his move into software in 2019.
